ok, done: added $strSelectAll / $strUnselectAll strings.


Currently working on the "leftlight.php3" stuff: will commit
the files in one hour or two. 

First the the choice will only be in the config.ini.php3 file
($cfgLeftFrameLight) -> static and valid for a whole server.
Then we could add an user-toggle on the left frame, but if we
don't use Cookies, that would require another "universal" variable
like lang, db and server in every url: do we really want that? 
If you see another way please tell :)
