[Phpmyadmin-devel] REALLY no new strings for 2.3?

hi everybody,

one thing i'd really like to do now, before the rc3 is to have a chance for
the user to see why the relationstuff is not working. what i'd like to do
is:
when relation_lib deactivates relations have a link on the frontpage saying

relation features deactivated, please click here for analysis

then link to a page that will just answer

tbl_relation ... <font color="green">OK</font>
tbl_coords   ... <font color="red">not found</font> [Doku>
where [Doku] would be a link to documentation.html where it explains how
tbl_coords should look like.

(and of course enter a variable 
DontWarnAboutRelation  = FALSE;

to config.inc.php3

now, i don't think it is absolutely necessary to translate OK,not found and
Doku, but of course there would be that one sentence on the main page.

so do you want me to wait with that for 2.3.1  (i wouldn't like that as i
think it might really help some users and therefore should be there when we
first officially release with the new features)

or can i implement it and we just ignore if this warning stays english for
some users (Documentation.html is also only available in english, so whoever
sets up pma has to be able to read english and this warning is meant to help
the admin not the users)
