Hi,
   
 You are welcome to try this third release candidate.  No 
 major bug was reported for -rc2, but we fixed some annoying
 warnings and minor problems.
 
 Packages are ready under http://www.phpmyadmin.net/ , 
 as well as a 2.3.0 release schedule. 
 
 Please report bugs to the -devel mailing list or on the
