[Phpmyadmin-devel] drop-down for foreign keys

Hi,

I won't release 2.3.1 with the current code (LIMIT 100) because 
tbl_change does not display the current value of the field when the 
value is not within the first 100 values...

So for 2.3.1, I plan to disable drop-down if there are more than the 
(arbitrary) number of 100 values in the SELECT.  Maybe with a COUNT.
