Hi!

I merged in the new changes, which took me quite a time. I hope no bug slipped
through while adapting those masses of files. I'm quite tired today, so I'll go on
tomorrow and check if everything works as expected. Maybe you can already find some
suggestions or like to comment on one or another feature; I'll be happy to receive
any constructive feedback.

BTW, I today installed PHP 4.1.2 on my windows-machine and tried to reproduce this
enctype-Bug, but I couldn't. All variables get passed for me...
