[Phpmyadmin-devel] new PMA contributor: ne0x

Hello,

After a short consultation with Marc and the others, 
I finally added ne0x aka Marcel Tschopp to the list of 
the phpmyadmin developers. 

His plans are to fix bugs and to work on the mysqli-
extension support (mysql 4.1/5.0).
