Hmm, and how about using http://themes.freshmeat.net? :-) Asking them to add 
phpMyAdmin category should not be a problem.

Anyway if we don't choose this, themes should not be mixed between downloads, 
I thing we will have many of them (sorry there are already three in tracker, 
I didn't check it last two days :-).
