Hi Michal,

have a look at http://www.phpmyadmin.net/security
I made a security2.php where I removed <pre></pre>, and added some
HTML to the announcements. Now they display correctly in Netscape 7
and IE 6.

If this ok I will add the menu link. Please
chmod g+w security.php
