[Phpmyadmin-devel] tooltip pollutes event handler

Hi,

as i tried to replace the mark and hover javascript code with one 
changing the class und added globaly as event handler

i recognized in opera and IE that applying another class is very slow in 
phpMyAdmin

i figured out that the tooltip.js captures too much events

possible we can switch to use overLib
