[Phpmyadmin-devel] Translations

Hi all and Marc especially :-)

I just wanted to merge one translation and ran check_lang.sh and I was 
shocked by mess we have in translations. Can you please use this script 
after merging translations to see whether they're okay?

I'm fixing translations currently, however it sometimes means deleting 
one of duplicate messages, where I have no idea which one should be 
deleted :-).
