hi,

"Due to the amount of work required to integrate patches into phpMyAdmin, 
patches posted in a UNIX diff/patch (preferably unified) format, against a 
recent copy of the CVS tree will be MUCH more quickly accepted than other code."

possibel we could make some changes?

replace CVS with SVN

"against 'trunk' in SVN repository"

point to tools making diff or patches, f.e.:

"On Windows you can use WinMerge or TortoiseSVN to make unified patchfiles."
