[Phpmyadmin-devel] DefaultTabTable

I vote for "- display a different icon leading to the Structure page 
(if clicking the table name leads to the browse page) "
plus clearly distinguishing between the two links when hovered (like I did
it in theme "Grid", not perfectly though)
