yes, and i think phpMyAdmin should give the authors the freedom to name they
themes as they want.

but i still do not know about what names we are talking

how generic?

Blue_Orange?

a second blue orange themes should be called

Blue_Orange_Other_Icons

a third blue orange themes should be called

Blue_Orange_Other_Icons_and_smaller_text

...

i don't think 'generic' is always a good choice for themes ...


i do not know other software that have restrictions on theme names ...
