I'm not in favor of that. PMA is still often used in commercial or education or
government centres, where Javascript is strictly forbidden.

IMHO for most tasks, the noscript-variants or current coding are perfectly
sufficient. Even if Ajax-Things are added in the future (in-row editing), a
fallback non-js version would IMHO still be useful for a tool like phpmyadmin.
