[Phpmyadmin-devel] Summer of Code 2009

Hi all

Google will accept applications from mentoring organizations on March
9-13, 2009. So I think it's highest time to again attempt to get in
there :-).

I copied 2008 pages on wiki and updated them a bit for beginning (the
application has updated questions). But feel free to update them more,
we need especially some great ideas to implement!
