I'm not sure if it is good idea to make navigation more complex.

What I am currently thinking about is to provide basic operation is the
tabs as currently and add tab "Advanced" which would contain less
frequently used things.

Something like this (for table):

    * Browse
    * Structure
    * SQL
    * Search
    * Insert
    * Backup
    * Import
    * Advanced
       * Export
       * Operations
       * Empty
       * Drop
