As there does not seem to be any clear outcome so far, here is just
summary of the proposed names:

- Additional metadata tables
- phpMyAdmin extended data storage
- phpMyAdmin internal data store
- phpMyAdmin configuration data store
- Metadata infrastructure

What can be summarized as:

[phpMyAdmin] [additional|internal|extended|configuration]
[metadata|data] [infrastructure|storage]

So how about "Extended metadata infrastructure"?
