[Phpmyadmin-devel] Linked-tables infrastructure

I believe they sound too complicated.

"Extended metadata infrastructure" is what it is.

But maybe "phpMyAdmin configuration storage" would be better, because it is
what it means. Maybe it would introduce less confusion.
