[Phpmyadmin-devel] Big problem, i dont get PHPmyadmin code

I want to know, if you have a tutorial or a "HOWTO" to your code because i
have been trying to understand it and i've just gotten two things one that
we must follow pear stantard and two that you have a page to common
libraries and you just write words in one page and then you bring them from
it with a $Subs... but i dont understand, how do all those libraries work? i
dont understand what do they do? because it is not very clear explained, i
dont get how you generate the HTML code i read that it is in another page
but really i dont get that and many stuffs you dont have a tutorial? or can
somebody help me? i want to learn.. Thank you.
