are you sure of this? Looking at http://www.twig-project.org/ I am under 
the impression that the goal is to express HTML output in a cleaner way 
but the template expressions are still interspersed into the PHP code.

Also, I wanted to do some refactoring because there is too much 
repetition of HTML output currently in our codebase. I don't like 
repetition. I don't like repetition.

I would really like to see a small test -- say, just one phpMyAdmin 
small file translated into Twig.
