I got the same error-message when inserting a row into a PBXT-table.
Creating the table was no problem.
(PHP 5.2.9, MySQL 5.1.50, pbxt-1.0.11-6-pre-ga)

I'm busy compiling PHP 5.3.3 and upgrading my libmysql, so I'll do
more digging later.
