[Phpmyadmin-devel] Help regarding publishing changes

Hi,

I have created my repository http://repo.or.cz/r/phpmyadmin/ammar_yasir.git/
but I'm not able to push anything to it.  I keep getting the error

ssh: connect to host repo.or.cz port 22: Connection refused
fatal: The remote end hung up unexpectedly

I have given myself the push privileges and configured my proxy setting in
git. What is going wrong?
