[Phpmyadmin-devel] WAMP-Difficulty accessing myphpadmin

Contact the WAMPSERVER support; the error message does not come from
phpMyAdmin but shows that there is a permission problem on the web
server's side.

Next time, please use the phpmyadmin-users mailing list, if the question
is about phpMyAdmin's behavior.
