I know I'm a bit late to be mentioning this now, but shouldn't $cfg['Servers'][$i]['MaxTableUiprefs'] instead be $cfg['Servers'][$i]['MaxTableUiPrefs'] (not "Prefs" versus "prefs")? And in turn, perhaps $cfg['Servers'][$i]['table_uiprefs'] $cfg['Servers'][$i]['table_uiPrefs']?
