[Phpmyadmin-devel] Demo server temporarily down

Okay, the culprit seems to be Sogou web
spider/4.0(+http://www.sogou.com/docs/help/webmasters.htm#07), it
generated few thousands of requests, each of them causing new session.
It did ignore robots.txt and tried to browse phpMyAdmin itself...
I've blocked it on firewall and demo server is back online.
