repo or yours?

2. Are you keeping control of 
https://readthedocs.org/projects/phpmyadmin/ for yourself?

3. Should http://www.phpmyadmin.net/documentation/ point to 
https://readthedocs.org/projects/phpmyadmin/downloads/ ?
