Thanks for your comments. currently, the code coverage is 41.83% from http://ci.phpmyadmin.net/job/phpMyAdmin/cloverphp/
My goal is to increase to a reasonable level (80%)
BTW: pull request: fix some JSLint warning:  https://github.com/phpmyadmin/phpmyadmin/pull/266
