[Phpmyadmin-devel] Hide the 'Add user' or 'Edit user' links for unprivileged users (feature-requests-1327)

Hi all,

I created a fix for the feature-requests-1327[1] and
sent a pull request at [2].
Please review and verify the provided fix.

When working on feature-request I noticed that, Edit user' links in the
"Users overview" page should also be removed for unprivileged users.
Shall I report this as a separate feature-request or should this be added
to this request at [1]?
