Small remark : should we mention that 69 is the number of languages is
being translated into, but that the number of translated languages
that are complete enough to ship with phpMyAdmin, is slightly smaller?

I think we could receive birthday wishes anywhere : twitter, Google+,
Facebook or as a review on sf.net, as you mention.
