[Phpmyadmin-devel] Download page cleanup

Hi all

as a bit discussed earlier, I've submitted two pull requests to move
distribution specific comments from our download page and move it to
documentation. I've also started wiki page with third party installers,
so that users can find some other solutions to install phpMyAdmin.
