[Phpmyadmin-devel] I made a new PMA theme demo.

Hi,
I want to volunteer for phpmyadmin. I have good knowledge of object
oriented PHP with Mysql.
How can I start? Can anyone give me a suggestion?
I also want to join GSoc 2014 through phpmyadmin. Is that possible if I
start now?
