Git bisect says this commit:
https://github.com/phpmyadmin/phpmyadmin/commit/bc8f797746f6baab5d7de0f8190334a34606568c
(Remove CSP support for ancient Safari versions) and it seems like support
for Safari versions < 6 was removed.
