[Phpmyadmin-devel] how to develop in wamp server localhost

Hi

 I'm using phpstrom-jetbrains as my editor. Also I have installed wamp
server. My git cloned folder is now in www folder of wamp server I can only
go to index.php but I don't know password and username or how to change
them. Actually i want to know can't I develop this in this manner. What
files should I need to check first to understand code base.
