[Phpmyadmin-devel] Import/export improvements for GSoC 2014

Hi Michal/Marc,
I would like to know if my earlier pull request (
https://github.com/phpmyadmin/phpmyadmin/pull/944) qualify me to
participate in GSoC. Of course I'm ready to work on a particular
bug/feature request if this pull request doesn't count as qualification.
