[Phpmyadmin-devel] Solution for poor performance due to querying information_schema

Hi Devs,

As a possible solution to slowness faced by database servers with thousands
of databases due to the usage of information_schema [1], I have started
working on putting back the 'DisableIS' configuration. What I did so far
can be found at [2]. I will update on the progress.
