[Phpmyadmin-devel] CREATE PHP COMMUNITY IN CAMEROON

Hello,

My name is François BAKONGO. I am a developper, and I specialy like PHP.

I have find to attend at PHP meetup, but there is not in Cameroon. So would
like to create one branch of your big community here. I want to share with
other passionate PHP developper. Together, we will teach other people by
organizing meetups and hackathons.
