Hi Isaac,

BrowseMarkerEnable controls whether a data row is marked (background 
highlighted) when you select it with the checkbox.

NavigationTreePointerEnable controls whether the navi panel item you are 
hovering over is highlighted. However, if you have selected a db, all of 
it becomes highlighted, cancelling the effect of this directive 
(probably a bug).

BrowsePointerEnable controls whether the data row is highlighted when 
hovering over it.

All of these three directives work well for me.
