[Phpmyadmin-devel] Lock page navigation and Dropdowns

I agree with Marc and Deven. I think for it should be implemented for
dropdowns as well, as it would evidently save the overhead of doing all the
changes again.

For small changes or if the user is getting bugged by the warnings , then
we can add a setting in the "settings page"(maybe under "general" subpage
in "features" page in centralized settings tab) that could off the warnings
for that particular elements or as a whole.
