I tested it on current master in Windows 7 with firefox 31.7.0, Chrome 43.0
and IE 11.0. In firefox and chrome ctrl+click, shift+click was working fine
but in IE ctrl+click was opening new tab. Alt+click wasn't working properly
in all 3 of them. It first removed column from sort order but then columns
get sorted by that column only.
