[phpMyAdmin Developers] Internal Server Error's since merge of QA_4_7

Hello Everyone,
I don't know if am missing something but I think something went wrong with
the merge of QA_4_7 into master. I after running and update I am unable to
access PMA with the internal server error.

I hope am not missing anything.
