[phpMyAdmin Developers] Intresting Candidate - Help needed.

Hai,

I am Jees K Denny, familiar with web designing and development. I am
already contributed one simple theme named as Pmaterial in phpmyadmin
repository.

I am very interested to participate in GSOC. I don't know where to start. I
read lot about this. is this too late to participate in GSOC?
