[phpMyAdmin Developers] Suggestions needed for GSOC 2017

Hello,

At the bottom of every message is the Mailman footer, which includes a
link to the interface to remove yourself from the mailing list.

* Go to https://lists.phpmyadmin.net/mailman/listinfo/developers
* Scroll down to the section "Developers Subscribers"
* Enter your email address after the text that starts with "To
unsubscribe from Developers..."
* Follow the rest of the directions (which mostly consist of clicking
the Unsubscribe button on the next page)
