[phpMyAdmin Developers] [GSoC 2018]-Introduce modern JS features and tools to phpMyAdmin codebase

I'm Kartini, I've planned on joining GSoC 2018, and I think I'm interested
in Introduce modern JS features and tools to phpMyAdmin codebase topics.
Can anyone kindly suggest me some advice, what should I do for the next
step so that I can working on that ideas?
