As you can see on our issue tracker this has been fixed but not released until now: https://github.com/phpmyadmin/phpmyadmin/issues/16713

That said you can download the latest 5.1 version snapshot on our website: https://www.phpmyadmin.net/downloads/#snapshot_5.1+snapshot



Next 5.1 version will have the fix in it.
