Did you try the config "UploadDir" ?:
<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="https://docs.phpmyadmin.net/en/latest/config.html#cfg_UploadDir">https://docs.phpmyadmin.net/en/latest/config.html#cfg_UploadDir</a>
<br>
<br>
It may let us know that the import logic works and that the issue
is somewhere into the php settings or in the code.
<br>
Can you try a basic form upload outside of phpMyAdmin to find out
if your server has a misconfiguration ?
<br>
See: <a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="https://www.w3schools.com/php/php_file_upload.asp">https://www.w3schools.com/php/php_file_upload.asp</a>

I will post on github as you suggest.

<blockquote type="cite">Hi,

<br>
One solution may be to use the config "UploadDir":
<br>
<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="https://docs.phpmyadmin.net/en/latest/config.html#cfg_UploadDir">https://docs.phpmyadmin.net/en/latest/config.html#cfg_UploadDir</a>
<br>
That would avoid the upload file size issue.
<br>
<br>
Did you manage to get this working now ?
<br>
<br>
The best would be to open an issue on
<br>
<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="https://github.com/phpmyadmin/phpmyadmin/issues">https://github.com/phpmyadmin/phpmyadmin/issues</a> so we could
assist
<br>
you much quickly.

Any ideas? Thank you.
