[Phpmyadmin-translators] new parameter

Hi,

$strCreateNewTable now has a new parameter %s for the database name, please send a
revised translation if necessary.

The english version is now:
$strCreateNewTable = 'Create new table on database %s';

and I will add a %s at the end of this message in current language files if I don't hear from you.
