[Phpmyadmin-translators] why $strSQLParserUserError is so long?

Hi,

There're more than 5 sentences in
string $strSQLParserUserError.

Also one sentence of it, is a duplicate of 
$strSQLParserBugMessage.

i think we need some adjustment :)
