[Phpmyadmin-translators] translating the documentation

Hi,

we would like to know how many language file translators would be 
interested in translating (or finding someone to translate) the whole 
Documentation.html file in their language, and to maintain the translations.

The file will probably be splitted, and there will be new sections: 
short howtos about specific subjects.
