[Phpmyadmin-translators] for 2.5.6

Hi,

here are some new and modified messages for version 2.5.6.
Release candidate 1 is scheduled for Feb. 2nd.

The "maximum size" message is for uploads, for example:
Maximum size: 5200Kb. First parameter is the number, second is the measure unit.
