[Phpmyadmin-translators] Some messages for 2.6.3

Hi,

Please translate and attach your complete file (zip format) to the translation
tracker, thanks.

For those who are working from CVS: you won't find $strNumberOfFields in your
language file. I added some logic to use $strFields if $strNumberOfFields does not exist,
this is why the message was not added in the non-english files.
